SOOC – Straight out of the Camera Saturday – Teenager in Action

It’s not that often that I actually catch Taylor in a photo, and it’s even less often that I catch him not texting, so this latest photo will have to do.

We were walking around the track at the high school waiting for Taylor to finish up his last drive in Driver’s Ed. Jason and the little ones found the watering hole for the football players and decided to spray down innocent passerby's. Some of them seemed to enjoy it while others looked at us like we were crazy! (not SOOC)

Wishing you all a fabulous 4th of July! Be Safe!

  1. LOL! The first one looks like such a typical teenager shot. Surprised you managed to catch it without his fingers being a blur (if he's on it that much :)

The second one... totally looks like something we'd do! In fact, the last time we did the Lakefair parade, we took mega squirt guns and soaked the crowd. Luckily, it was a steamingly hot day and no one complained (and we had hordes of little kids chasing us for more).

Mr. Daddy laughed at your salt and watermelon comment... cuz I think he's crazy for putting those together!

  4. Your SOOC is great. The candid works...love how he doesn't even notice the camera...or doesn't seem to care:)

  5. Heh. From looking at those two pictures, I wonder if your son is texting a pal, saying "you won't believe what my dad is doing ..." ;)

  6. I love the first picture! So typical for that age, isn't it?

  7. It would seem so many of us experience the same thing you do....teenagers and texting. Mine even go as far as argue with me by texting me...just to have the last word after they have stormed off to their room!!! Teenagers...what delightful blessings they are :0)

Thanks for sharing your cheeky water soaker SOOC as well. There's nothing like having a giggling good time being silly ;0)

    Cheers
