Just another Crazy Sunday

So, here I am again, late on a Sunday finally updating my page.  I’m hoping it’s just a summer thing and I’ll be better once the sun goes into hiding.  The kids and I spent most of today inside cleaning house and watching “Coraline” for the 10th time.  

If you think back, say 2-3 months ago, you may have seen the bright green paint that I bought for the kid’s room.  Well, I’ve finally put a little paint on the walls today and here’s proof!  What do you think?  It’s a little more yellow than I had planned, but I think it’ll work out just fine.  Sydney is still begging for pink, but I think once the beds are back in and the other decorations I have in mind are in, they’ll think it’s super. (Kinda matches my blog, doesn’t it? I’m really into green lately!)

Here’s a priceless picture of Chase from earlier in the week.  I had taken the kids to McDonalds for their usual chicken nugget with apple dippers.  Normally, I either hide the caramel dipping sauce or make them wait until they get home to open it.  I must have let it slip my mind, because as we’re going down the freeway, I glance over my shoulder to see Chase like this!  Needless to say, I had to pull over as soon as I exited and cleanse the boy from head to toe.

And finally, Chase found a dragonfly stuck to the mesh net around our trampoline today.  He just love bugs and this one was preserved perfectly. 

 That was my “Chase” recap for this week.  We’re going on vacation soon, so I hope to have more picture to post.  I really am planning to catch up soon!  I am reading all my bloggy buddies pages every couple of days, so don’t think I’ve forgotten about you!
