Here's my new idea for this blog. I'm always having trouble focusing on what to write. The general goings on seem too boring to write about, so I decided I would focus on finding what made me happy today.
Happiness on Wednesday is.....
Making friendship bread with Sydney. A friend at work gave me a starter bag of dough and Sydney and I will spend the next 10 days mushing the bag, adding flour, sugar and milk to prepare our first loaf of bread. This was actually what made me happy on Wednesday, but it was so much fun that I didn't want to skip it.

Valentines Day Cards and Dinner with the Kids
Today Sydney and Chase prepared their Valentine's Day cards for their class. They each signed their own cards or drew smiley faces. They did a really great job.
I also enjoyed having dinner with the kids. It was "Have Whatever You Want Night". Yes.. I was lazy and didn't want to cook.
Taylor had two packages of Ramen Noodles... He mixed the Oriental with the Chicken, so it was Oriental Chicken. He ate it straight out of the saucepan.
Sydney had Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal
Chase had a bowl of Cherrios.
OK.. gotta go. Taylor and I are settling down to watch Madagascar 2.
Love the new background and header! And cute blog theme... I, too often, write the boring posts! Love the pictures... especially the artsy play dough shot! : ) Mmmmm... Ramen, oatmeal, and Cheerios. Seriously sounds like dinner at our house.
