Happiness is a new blog design. It's my first real attempt at making a decent header and it was pretty fun playing with the design. I still can't get the background of the page like I want it. I can't count the number of hours I've spent messing around with this thing. Thank goodness for all the tips I get from Heather at adventures of aidanpod. (Heather, I have to admit, your source code is pretty helpful, too!)
I have to be one of the least creative people that I know. Probably why I didn't do so well at scrapbooking or card making although I really enjoyed it when I had the time. I recently found Lisa's website with lots of cool digital scrapbooking ideas. I would love to create a scrapbook like that to print and share with my friends and family.
It's been a 3 day weekend for me, but not nearly long enough. Here it is 10:00 and I'm heading to bed. I just found out that Lynsey, my kids' favorite teacher at their preschool is leaving in April. I know she'll probably read this, so I don't want to make her feel too bad, but my kids are really going to miss her!

ReplyDeletehey, you do have a new blog look - wow, you aren't crafty?? The only thing on my blog that I've strayed away from the norm was that blog header I made (simple since it's just a JPG, and I can make those...). Kudos to you!
